- Single & Twin Screw We produce standard and custom screws for all tonnage injection machines. Adopting nitriding, bimetallic alloy overlay and high wear-resistance treatment, our screws deliver stable plasticizing performance, ideal for processing general plastics, glass fiber reinforced, corrosive and high-temperature engineering plastics. Multiple thread designs are available for different molding demands.
- Barrel Assembly Matching barrels are manufactured with high-quality alloy steel, featuring uniform heating, strong pressure resistance and long service life. Custom bore diameter, length and flange structure are supported to perfectly fit various injection machine brands.
- Complete Screw Head Kits (Ring & Plunger) Full series of precision screw head components including check ring, plunger, tip and retaining seat. Tight tolerance ensures excellent sealing to prevent melt backflow, effectively cutting down defective injection products. Sizes cover small to large molding equipment.
